Certificate of Technical Regulations (GOST TR Certificate) — in other words is the certificate of compliance confirming quality, established for given production by technical regulations.

Technical Regulation (TR) is the set of specific requirements for quality and safety of a product. GOST TR Certificate certifies that supplied products comply with these requirements. In addition to technical regulations that have been adopted they constantly develop the new technical regulations.

Statutory acts stipulate nomenclature of production, with respect to which obligatory certification of products is established by legislation. The nomenclature also includes information about products which are subject to obligatory certification of technical regulations. In the nomenclature such products are marked with the abbreviation TR. List of technical regulations is constantly changing.

The order of registration of certificate of conformity and certificate of Technical Regulations do not have fundamental differences. Documents differ by form, on of which certificates are issued.
